'Justly' in the Bible

The God of Israel has spoken; the Rock of Israel has talked to me. "When one is governing men justly, he fears God while governing.

“Does not tragedy fall [justly] on the unjustAnd disaster to those who work wickedness?

“Beware if you say,‘We have found wisdom;God thrusts Job down [justly], not man [for God alone is dealing with him].’
