'Lapis' in the Bible

(The gold of that land is pure; pearls and lapis lazuli are also there).

Her consecrated ones were purer than snow,They were whiter than milk;They were more ruddy in body than corals,Their polishing was like lapis lazuli.

Now above the expanse that was over their heads there was something resembling a throne, like lapis lazuli in appearance; and on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the appearance of a man.
