'Look' in the Bible

Many are saying, “Who can show us anything good?”Look on us with favor, Lord.

what is man that You remember him,the son of man that You look after him?

For look, the wicked string the bow;they put the arrow on the bowstringto shoot from the shadows at the upright in heart.

I can count all my bones;people look and stare at me.

Those who look to Him are radiant with joy;their faces will never be ashamed.

Lord, how long will You look on?Rescue my life from their ravages,my only one from the young lions.

Do not let my deceitful enemies rejoice over me;do not let those who hate me without causelook at me maliciously.

A little while, and the wicked person will be no more;though you look for him, he will not be there.

Look! The kings assembled;they advanced together.

The righteous will look on with aweand will ridicule him:

Lord, look! They set an ambush for me.Powerful men attack me,but not because of any sin or rebellion of mine.

Restore us, God;look on us with favor,and we will be saved.

Consider our shield, God;look on the face of Your anointed one.

Truth will spring up from the earth,and righteousness will look down from heaven.

My eyes look down on my enemies;my ears hear evildoers when they attack me.

His heart is assured; he will not fear.In the end he will look in triumph on his foes.

who stoops down to lookon the heavens and the earth?

The Lord is my helper,Therefore, I will look in triumph on those who hate me.

But my eyes look to You, Lord God.I seek refuge in You; do not let me die.

Look to the right and see:no one stands up for me;there is no refuge for me;no one cares about me.

All eyes look to You,and You give them their food at the proper time.
