'Men' in the Bible
Just then some men showed up, carrying a paralyzed man on a stretcher. They were trying to bring him in and place him before Jesus.
When the men came to Jesus, they said, "John the Baptist has sent us to you to ask, 'Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?'"
(Now about five thousand men were there.) Then he said to his disciples, "Have them sit down in groups of about fifty each."
Then two men, Moses and Elijah, began talking with him.

The women were terribly frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, "Why do you look for the living among the dead?
that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and on the third day rise again."
