'Person' in the Bible

If they say—“Come with us!Let’s set an ambush and kill someone.Let’s attack some innocent person just for fun!

A worthless person, a wicked mangoes around speaking dishonestly,

The righteousness of the blameless clears his path,but the wicked person will fall because of his wickedness.

One person gives freely,yet gains more;another withholds what is right,only to become poor.

A generous person will be enriched,and the one who gives a drink of waterwill receive water.

A shrewd person conceals knowledge,but a foolish heart publicizes stupidity.

Every sensible person acts knowledgeably,but a fool displays his stupidity.

It is certainly not good to fine an innocent personor to beat a noble for his honesty.

The intelligent person restrains his words,and one who keeps a cool headis a man of understanding.

Laziness induces deep sleep,and a lazy person will go hungry.

A person with great anger bears the penalty;if you rescue him, you’ll have to do it again.

A wicked person desires evil;he has no consideration for his neighbor.

The proud and arrogant person, named “Mocker,”acts with excessive pride.

The sacrifice of a wicked person is detestable—how much more sowhen he brings it with ulterior motives!

A sensible person sees danger and takes cover,but the inexperienced keep going and are punished.

A generous person will be blessed,for he shares his food with the poor.

If you say, “But we didn’t know about this,”won’t He who weighs hearts consider it?Won’t He who protects your life know?Won’t He repay a person according to his work?

Trusting an unreliable person in a difficult timeis like a rotten tooth or a faltering foot.

A righteous person who yields to the wickedis like a muddied spring or a polluted well.

A hateful person disguises himself with his speechand harbors deceit within.

A person who is full tramples on a honeycomb,but to a hungry person, any bitter thing is sweet.

As water reflects the face,so the heart reflects the person.

When a land is in rebellion, it has many rulers,but with a discerning and knowledgeable person, it endures.

One who rebukes a person will later find more favorthan one who flatters with his tongue.
