'Retribution' in the Bible

"Should I not punish them for these things?" asks the LORD, "And on a nation like this, should I not seek retribution?"

I will certainly punish them for doing such things!" says the Lord. "I will certainly bring retribution on such a nation as this!

But Yahweh of hosts, who judges [in] righteousness, who tests [the] {inmost being}, and [the] {mind}, let me see your retribution upon them, for to you I have revealed my legal case.

for a destroyer is coming against her,against Babylon.Her warriors will be captured,their bows shattered,for the Lord is a God of retribution;He will certainly repay.
