Then Pharaoh sent [men to investigate], and not even one of the livestock of the Israelites had died. But the heart of Pharaoh was hardened [and his mind was firmly set], and he did not let the people go.
And Jehovah said to Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and set thyself before Pharaoh, and say to him, Thus saith Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews: Let my people go, that they may serve me.
and he who hath not set his heart unto the word of Jehovah leaveth his servants and his cattle in the field.
And Jehovah saith unto Moses, 'Go in unto Pharaoh, for I have declared hard his heart, and the heart of his servants, so that I set these My signs in their midst,
and so that thou recountest in the ears of thy son, and of thy son's son, that which I have done in Egypt, and My signs which I have set among them, and ye have known that I am Jehovah.'
And the {Israelites} set out from Rameses to Succoth; the men [were] about six hundred thousand on foot, besides dependents.
"Set apart to me every firstborn male -- the first offspring of every womb among the Israelites, whether human or animal; it is mine."
And thou shalt keep this ordinance at its set time from year to year.
That thou shalt set apart unto the LORD all that openeth the matrix, and every firstling that cometh of a beast which thou hast; the males shall be the LORD'S.
They set out from Succoth and camped at Etham on the edge of the wilderness.
And Yahweh said to Moses, "Why do you cry out to me? Speak to the {Israelites} [so that] they set out.
And the angel of God who was going before the camp of Israel set out and went behind them. And the column of cloud set out ahead of them, and it stood [still] behind them,
The Egyptians set out in pursuit—all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen—and went into the sea after them.
And Moses caused Israel to set out from the {Red Sea}, and they went out into the desert of Shur, and they traveled three days in the desert, and they did not find water.
Then they set out from Elim, and all the congregation of the sons of Israel came to the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departure from the land of Egypt.
He told them, “This is what the Lord has said: ‘Tomorrow is a day of complete rest, a holy Sabbath to the Lord. Bake what you want to bake, and boil what you want to boil, and set aside everything left over to be kept until morning.’”
So they set it aside until morning as Moses commanded, and it didn’t smell or have any maggots in it.
Moses said, "This is what the LORD has commanded: "Set aside one omer of it for future generations, so that they may see the food with which I fed you in the desert when I brought you out of the land of Egypt.'"
The whole congregation of the Israelis set out from the desert of Sin, traveling from place to place according to the command of the LORD. They camped at Rephidim, but there was no water for the people to drink.
And the hands of Moses are heavy, and they take a stone, and set it under him, and he sitteth on it: and Aaron and Hur have taken hold on his hands, on this side one, and on that one, and his hands are stedfast till the going in of the sun;
And Jehovah saith unto Moses, 'Write this, a memorial in a Book, and set it in the ears of Joshua, that I do utterly wipe away the remembrance of Amalek from under the heavens;'
You are to look for capable men among the people, men who fear God, men of integrity who hate dishonest gain. You are to set these men over them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens.
They had set out from Rephidim and arrived at the desert of Sinai where they camped in the desert. Israel camped there in front of the mountain.
and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation [set apart for My purpose].’ These are the words that you shall speak to the Israelites.”
So Moses came and called the elders of the people, and set before them all these words which the Lord had commanded him.
The Lord also said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow [that is, prepare them for My sacred purpose], and have them wash their clothes
And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that ye go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death:
So Moses went down from the mountain to the people and sanctified them [for God’s sacred purpose], and they washed their clothes.
Also have the priests who approach the Lord consecrate (sanctify, set apart) themselves [for My sacred purpose], or else the Lord will break forth [in judgment] against them [and destroy them].”
And Moses said unto the LORD, The people cannot come up to mount Sinai: for thou chargedst us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it.
"Remember the Sabbath day to set it apart as holy.
For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth and the sea and all that is in them, and he rested on the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy.
Now these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.
as to him who hath not laid wait, and God hath brought to his hand, I have even set for thee a place whither he doth flee.
If a ransom is set for him, then he must pay the redemption for his life according to whatever amount was set for him.
“Whoever sacrifices to any gods, except the Lord alone, is to be set apart for destruction.
"You are to be people set apart for me. You are not to eat flesh torn apart in the field; you are to throw it to the dogs."
And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee.
And Moses wrote down all the words of the Lord. He rose early the next morning and set up an altar and 12 pillars for the 12 tribes of Israel at the base of the mountain.
Moses took half the blood and set it in basins; the other half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.
So Moses set out with Joshua his attendant, and Moses went up the mountain of God.
Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.
Set the mercy seat on top of the ark and put the testimony that I will give you into the ark.
And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.
“Make seven lamps on it. Its lamps are to be set up so they illuminate the area in front of it.
Make loops of blue yarn on the edge of the last curtain in the first set, and do the same on the edge of the outermost curtain in the second set.
Make 50 loops on the one curtain and make 50 loops on the edge of the curtain in the second set, so that the loops line up together.
Make 50 loops on the edge of the one curtain, the outermost in the first set, and make 50 loops on the edge of the corresponding curtain of the second set.
Two tenons shall there be in one board, set in order one against another: thus shalt thou make for all the boards of the tabernacle.
You are to set up the tabernacle according to the plan for it that you have been shown on the mountain.
You are to hang it on four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold, which have hooks of gold, and are set on four sockets of silver.
And thou shalt set the table without the vail, and the candlestick over against the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south: and thou shalt put the table on the north side.
Set it below, under the altar’s ledge, so that the mesh comes halfway up the altar.
You are to make sacred garments [official clothing reserved for holy services] for Aaron your brother, for honor and for beauty (ornamentation).
You are to speak to all who are specially skilled, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, so that they may make Aaron's garments to set him apart to minister as my priest.
With the work of an engraver in stone, like the engravings of a signet, shalt thou engrave the two stones with the names of the children of Israel: thou shalt make them to be set in ouches of gold.
And thou hast set the two stones on the shoulders of the ephod -- stones of memorial to the sons of Israel -- and Aaron hath borne their names before Jehovah, on his two shoulders, for a memorial.
And thou shalt set in it settings of stones, even four rows of stones: the first row shall be a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle: this shall be the first row.
And the fourth row a beryl, and an onyx, and a jasper: they shall be set in gold in their inclosings.
And thou hast made two rings of gold, and hast set them on the two ends of the breastplate, on its border, which is over-against the ephod within;

“This is what you shall do to consecrate Aaron and his sons so that they may serve Me as priests: take one young bull and two rams, without blemish,
and hast set the mitre on his head, and hast put the holy crown on the mitre,
and one cake of bread and one cake of bread mixed with oil and one wafer from the basket of unleavened bread which is set before the Lord;
And thou hast set the whole on the hands of Aaron, and on the hands of his sons, and hast waved them -- a wave-offering before Jehovah;
You shall consecrate the waved breast offering [of the ram] used in the ordination and the waved thigh offering of the priests’ portion, since it is [a contribution] for Aaron and for his sons.
They are to eat those things by which atonement was made to consecrate and to set them apart, but no one else may eat them, for they are holy.
And if any of the meat of ordination or the bread remains until morning, you shall burn it in the fire; it shall not be eaten, because it is holy.
Every day you are to prepare a bull for a purification offering for atonement. You are to purge the altar by making atonement for it, and you are to anoint it to set it apart as holy.
For seven days you are to make atonement for the altar and set it apart as holy. Then the altar will be most holy. Anything that touches the altar will be holy.
There I will meet with the Israelites, and it will be set apart as holy by my glory.
"So I will set apart as holy the tent of meeting and the altar, and I will set apart as holy Aaron and his sons, that they may minister as priests to me.
“Make a bronze basin for washing and a bronze stand for it. Set it between the tent of meeting and the altar, and put water in it.
You shall consecrate them, that they may be most holy; whatever touches them must be holy (set apart for God).
And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.
“But as for you, say to the Israelites, ‘You shall most certainly observe My Sabbaths, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, so that you may know [without any doubt] and acknowledge that I am the Lord who sanctifies you and sets you apart [for Myself].
And Aaron said, Let not the anger of my lord wax hot: thou knowest the people, that they are set on mischief.
Now Moses took a tent and set it up outside the camp, far away from the camp; he called it the tent of meeting. Anyone who wanted to consult the Lord would go to the tent of meeting that was outside the camp.

And they prepare the shoham stones, set, embroidered with gold, opened with openings of a signet, by the names of the sons of Israel;
And he set them on the ephod's shoulder pieces [as] stones of remembrance for the {Israelites}, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
And they set in it four rows of stones: the first row was a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle: this was the first row.
