And God said, “Let there be an expanse [of the sky] in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters [below the expanse] from the waters [above the expanse].”

Then God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so.

They will be lights in the expanse of the sky to provide light on the earth.” And it was so.

Hezekiah prayed before the Lord: "Lord God of Israel, who is enthroned on the cherubs! You alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the sky and the earth.
