'Until' in the Bible
Woe to those who add house to houseand join field to fielduntil there is no more roomand you alone are left in the land.
Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them!
Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,
Until the LORD removes people far away, and there are many empty places in the middle of the land.
He shall eat curds and honey until he knows to reject the evil and to choose the good.
Which used to strike the peoples in anger with incessant blows,Which subdued and ruled the nations in wrath with unrelenting persecution.
"Nevertheless, the LORD of the Heavenly Armies has revealed himself to my hearing: ""Surely because of you this iniquity will not be forgiven you until you die,' says the Lord GOD of the Heavenly Armies."
Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
Is it not yet a very little whileUntil Lebanon will be turned into a fertile field,And the fertile field regarded as a forest?
One thousand will flee at the threat of one,at the threat of five you will flee,until you alone remainlike a solitary pole on a mountaintopor a banner on a hill.
Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
Until I come and take you away to a land like your own land, a land of corn and wine, a land of bread and vineyards.
My dwelling is plucked up and removed from melike a shepherd’s tent.I have rolled up my life like a weaver;He cuts me off from the loom.You make an end of me from day until night.
I thought until the morning:He will break all my bones like a lion;You make an end of me day and night.
Behold, the days come, that all that is in thine house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store until this day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith the LORD.
He will not grow weak or be discourageduntil He has established justice on earth.The islands will wait for His instruction.”
I will be the same until your old age,and I will bear you up when you turn gray.I have made you, and I will carry you;I will bear and save you.
"But stand up now with your spells and your many incantations, at which you have labored from your childhood until today,
For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.
Do not give Him restuntil He establishes and makes Jerusalemthe praise of the earth.
