Stand up, shake the dust off yourself!Take your seat, Jerusalem.Remove the bonds from your neck,captive Daughter Zion.”

and if you offer yourself to the hungry,and satisfy the afflicted one,then your light will shine in the darkness,and your night will be like noonday.

then you will delight yourself in the Lord,and I will make you ride over the heights of the land,and let you enjoy the heritage of your father Jacob.”For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.

Like cattle that go down into the valley,the Spirit of the Lord gave them rest.You led Your people this wayto make a glorious name for Yourself.

Lord, after all this, will You restrain Yourself?Will You keep silent and afflict severely?

They say, ‘Keep to yourself,don’t come near me, for I am too holy for you!’These practices are smoke in My nostrils,a fire that burns all day long.
