'Accusers' in the Bible

May my accusers be humiliated and defeated! May those who want to harm me be covered with scorn and disgrace!

In return for my love they act as my accusers;But I am in prayer.

Let this be the Lord’s payment to my accusers,to those who speak evil against me.

I have become an object of ridicule to my accusers;when they see me, they shake their heads in scorn.

My accusers will be clothed with disgrace;they will wear their shame like a cloak.

for he stands at the right hand of the needy one, to deliver him from his accusers. A Davidic psalm

LORD, pay attention to me. Listen to the voice of my accusers!

When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

And when it was told me how that the Jews laid wait for the man, I sent straightway to thee, and gave commandment to his accusers also to say before thee what they had against him. Farewell.

I will hear thee, said he, when thine accusers are also come. And he commanded him to be kept in Herod's judgment hall.

But Lysias the commander came and took him from our hands with great force,

Women -- in like manner grave, not false accusers, vigilant, faithful in all things.

Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
