'Bargain' in the Bible
If any one sin, and commit a trespass against Jehovah, and deal falsely with his neighbor in a matter of deposit, or of bargain, or of robbery, or have oppressed his neighbor,
“So now make a bargain with my master the king of Assyria. I’ll give you 2,000 horses if you’re able to supply riders for them!
“You would cast lots (gamble) over the fatherlessAnd bargain away your friend.
Will traders bargain for himor divide him among the merchants?
“It is [almost] worthless, it is [almost] worthless,” says the buyer [as he negotiates the price];But when he goes his way, then he boasts [about his bargain].
Now therefore, come make a bargain with my master the king of Assyria, and I will give you two thousand horses, if you are able on your part to set riders on them.
