'Bridegroom' in the Bible
So Zipporah took a flint, cut off her son’s foreskin, and threw it at Moses’ feet. Then she said, “You are a bridegroom of blood to me!”
So He let him alone. At that time she said, “You are a bridegroom of blood,” referring to the circumcision.
I greatly rejoice in the Lord,I exult in my God;for He has clothed me with the garments of salvationand wrapped me in a robe of righteousness,as a groom wears a turbanand as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
