'Deer's' in the Bible

"Do you know [the] time when [the] goats of [the] rocks give birth? Do you observe [the] doe deer's giving birth?

he made my feet like the deer's, and on my high places he makes me stand.

Yahweh, the Lord, is my strength. He makes my feet like deer's feet, and enables me to go in high places. For the music director, on my stringed instruments.
