'Displeasure' in the Bible

For I was afraid of the anger and absolute fury which the Lord held against you, [enough divine fury] to destroy you, but the Lord listened to me that time also.
Then He will speak to them in His [profound] angerAnd terrify them with His displeasure, saying,
O Lord, do not rebuke or punish me in Your anger,Nor discipline me in Your wrath.
For day and night Your hand [of displeasure] was heavy upon me;My energy (vitality, strength) was drained away as with the burning heat of summer. Selah.
O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your wrath,Nor discipline me in Your burning anger.
He who believes and trusts in the Son and accepts Him [as Savior] has eternal life [that is, already possesses it]; but he who does not believe the Son and chooses to reject Him, [disobeying Him and denying Him as Savior] will not see [eternal] life, but [instead] the wrath of God hangs over him continually.”
