'Knowing' in the Bible
For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.
Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”—
whatever prayer or supplication is made by any man or by all Your people Israel, each knowing the affliction of his own heart, and spreading his hands toward this house;

Jesus *said to them, “Come and have breakfast.” None of the disciples ventured to question Him, “Who are You?” knowing that it was the Lord.
Now there elapsed an interval of about three hours, and his wife came in, not knowing what had happened.
And now, behold, bound by the Spirit, I am on my way to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there,
When the governor had nodded for him to speak, Paul responded:“Knowing that for many years you have been a judge to this nation, I cheerfully make my defense,
Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?
And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance;
knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin;
knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him.
For not knowing about God’s righteousness and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.
Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; for now salvation is nearer to us than when we believed.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.
