'Reports' in the Bible

But I didn’t believe the reports until I came and saw with my own eyes. Indeed, I was not even told half. Your wisdom and prosperity far exceed the report I heard.

In it was written:It is reported among the nations—and Geshem agrees—that you and the Jews plan to rebel. This is the reason you are building the wall. According to these reports, you are to become their king

Have you never consulted those who travel the roads?Don’t you accept their reports?

The king of Babylon has heard reports about them,and his hands fall helpless.Distress has seized him—pain, like a woman in labor.

But reports from the east and the north will terrify him, and he will go out with great fury to annihilate and completely destroy many.
