'Stool' in the Bible

and he said, When ye help the Hebrew women in bearing, and see them on the stool, if it be a son, then ye shall kill him, but if a daughter, then she shall live.

Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither.

But to which of the angels has the Father ever said,“Sit at My right hand [together with me in royal dignity],Until I make your enemiesA footstool for your feet [in triumphant conquest]”?

waiting from that time onward until his enemies are made a footstool for His feet.
