Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

And I wish all men to be even as myself. Each one, however, has his own gift from God; one, indeed, after this manner, and another, after that.

John answered and said, "A man can receive nothing, unless it has been given to him from Heaven.

And, having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us; whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith;

But we will not glory beyond our measure, but according to the measure of the limit which God apportioned to us as a measure, to reach even to you.

But to each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with my own? Or is your eye evil, because I am good?'

The Spirit breatheth where He willeth; and you hear His voice, but know not whence He cometh, or whither He goeth: so is every one who has been born of the Spirit."

For, as the Father raiseth the dead, and maketh them alive; so also the Son maketh alive whom He willeth.

So, then, He hath mercy on whom He willeth, and whom He willeth He hardeneth.

God testifying with them, both with signs and wonders and manifold miracles, and distributions of the Holy Spirit, according to His will?

Having willed it, He brought us forth with a word of truth, that we might be a certain first-fruit of His creatures.
