Appropriate Use Of Prophecy And Tongues

21 In the law it is written: Through men of other tongues and other lips will I speak to this people; and not even thus will they hear me, says the Lord. 22 Therefore, tongues are for a sign, not to those who believe, but to those who believe not: but prophecy is not for those who believe not, but for those who believe. 23 If, then, the whole church come together into the same place, and all speak in tongues, and there come in unlearned men, or unbelievers, will they not say that you are mad?
