1 John 2:3

God's Commands

² And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world. ³ This is how we know that we know him: if we keep his commandments. ⁴ One who says, "I know him," and does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Keep His Commandments

Jesus

John 14:15

If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and remain in his love.

1 John 4:13

By this we know that we remain in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
