God's Love Revealed

⁸ The person who does not love does not know God, because God is love. ⁹ This is how God's love was revealed among us: God sent his unique Son into the world so that we might live through him. ¹⁰ This is love: not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.

John 3:16
