Solomon's Wealth

²² For the king had at sea a navy of Tarshish with the navy of Hiram; once every three years the navy of Tarshish came, bringing gold, silver, ivory, and apes, and peacocks. ²³ So King Solomon became greater than all the kings of the earth in riches and in wisdom. ²⁴ And all the earth sought to see the face of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.

1 Kings 3:12-13

behold, I have done according to thy words: behold, I have given thee a wise and understanding heart so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.
