Solomon's Wealth

²³ So King Solomon became greater than any of the kings of the earth, - for riches and for wisdom. ²⁴ And, all the earth, did seek the face of Solomon, - to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart. ²⁵ And, they, did bring every man his present - vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and garments, and armour, and spices, horses and mules, - a rate of a year in a year.

1 Kings 3:9

Wilt thou, then, give unto thy servant, a heart that hearkeneth, to judge thy people, to discern between good and bad, - for who is able to judge this thine honoured people?

1 Kings 3:12

lo! I have done according to thy word, - lo! I have given unto thee a wise and discerning heart, so that, like thee, hath been none, before thee, and, after thee, shall rise up none, like thee.
