Israel's King Omri

²⁵ And this Omri wrought wickedness in the eyes of the LORD worse than all that were before him, ²⁶ and walked in all the ways of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel sin, to anger the LORD God of Israel with their vanities. ²⁷ The rest of the acts of Omri which he did, and his power that he used, are written in the chronicles of the kings of Israel.
