Thanksgiving For The Thessalonian Believers

⁵ that our gospel came not to you in word only, but with power and with the Holy Spirit and with full assurance, as you know what we were among you for your sakes. ⁶  And you became followers of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction with the joy of the Holy Spirit, ⁷ so that you became an example to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia.
