2 Chronicles 1:7

Ask, and your prayer shall be granted; search, and you shall find; knock, and the door shall be opened to you.

"What do you want me to do for you?" he asked.

"What do you want me to do for you?" said Jesus, addressing him. "Rabboni," the blind man answered, "I want to recover my sight."

And at that time you will not ask me anything; in truth I tell you, if you ask the Father for anything, he will grant it to you in my Name.

And this is the confidence with which we approach him, that whenever we ask anything that is in accordance with his will, he listens to us.
