Truth And Deception

³ grace, mercy, and peace will be with us, from God the Father and from Jesus Christ the Father's Son, in truth and love. ⁴ I rejoiced greatly to find some of your children walking in the truth, just as we have been commanded by the Father. ⁵ And now I ask you, lady, not as though I were writing you a new commandment, but the one we have had from the beginning, that we love one another.

3 John 1:3-4

For I greatly rejoiced when some of the brethren arrived and testified to the truth of your life, and how you are walking in truth.

Ephesians 5:8

for once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light

Galatians 2:14

But when I saw that they were not straightforward about the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in the presence of them all, "If you, being a Jew, live like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how is it that you compel the Gentiles to live like Jews?
