Jerusalem Is Sacked And The Temple Burned

⁸ And in the fifth month, in the seventh to the month. (this year the nineteenth year to king Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babel,) came Nebuzaradan, chief of the cooks, servant of the king of Babel, to Jerusalem. ⁹ And he will burn the house of Jehovah, and the king's house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great house he burnt in fire. ¹⁰ And the walls of Jerusalem round about, all the strength of the Chaldees which were with the chief of the cooks brake down.
