Peter's Explanation To The Church In Jerusalem

¹³ And he proclaimed to us how he saw an angel standing in his house, and saying, Send to Joppa, and call for Simon, who is called Peter; ¹⁴ who will speak words to you, by which you and your whole family may be saved. ¹⁵ And when I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
