28 and one of them named Agabus got up and under the influence of the Spirit revealed the fact that there was going to be a great famine all over the world. This was the famine that occurred in the reign of Claudius. 29 The disciples determined to make up a contribution, each according to his ability, and send it to the brothers who lived in Judea, 30 and this they did, sending it to the elders by Barnabas and Saul.
