Acts 26:13

when at mid-day on the road, O king, I saw a light from heaven, more dazzling than the sun, flash round me and my fellow-travellers.

in their presence he was transfigured, his face shone like the sun, and his clothes turned white as light.

As he neared Damascus in the course of his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed round him;

Now as I neared Damascus on my journey, suddenly about noon a brilliant light from heaven flashed round me.

in his right hand he held seven stars, a sharp sword with a double edge issued from his mouth, and his face shone like the sun in full strength.

And the City needs no sun or moon to shine upon it, for the glory of God illumines it, and the Lamb lights it up.

His fellow-travellers stood speechless, for they heard the voice but they could not see anyone.
