¹⁴ And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call upon thy name. ¹⁵ But the Lord said to him, Go, because this man is a chosen vessel to me, to bear my name before Gentiles and kings, and sons of Israel. ¹⁶ For I will give him a glimpse of how many things it is necessary for him to suffer for my name.
