Powerful Bureaucrats Exploit The Helpless Poor

⁷ For in the multitude of dreams and many words there are also many vanities: but you fear God. ⁸ If you see the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of justice and righteousness in a province, marvel not at the matter: for the high official is watched by a higher one; and there are yet higher ones over them. ⁹ Moreover the profit of the earth is for all: the king himself is served from the field.
