And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain.
A vision appeared to Paul in the night: a man of Macedonia was standing and appealing to him, and saying, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.”
And the Lord said to Paul in the night by
a vision, “Do not be afraid any longer, but go on speaking and do not be silent;
the night immediately following, the Lord stood at his side and said, “ Take courage; for as you have solemnly witnessed to My cause at Jerusalem, so you must witness at Rome also.”
the grace that had been given to me, James and Cephas and John, who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, so that we might go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised.
to reveal His Son in me so that I might
preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult with flesh and blood,
When they arrived at Jerusalem, they were received by the church and
the apostles and the elders, and they reported all that God had done with them.

but we preach
Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness,

were of high reputation (what they were makes no difference to me; God shows no partiality)—well, those who were of reputation contributed nothing to me.
