Abraham Intercedes For Sodom

²⁵ Surely you would not do that! Would you slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked? Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? ²⁶ So the Lord said, “If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare the whole place on their account.” ²⁷ Then Abraham answered and said: Indeed now, I who am only dust and ashes have taken it upon myself to speak to Jehovah:

Jeremiah 5:1

People of Jerusalem, run through your streets! Look around and see for yourselves! Search the marketplaces! Can you find one person who does what is right and tries to be faithful to God? If you can, Jehovah will forgive Jerusalem.

Isaiah 6:13
