The Rest That Remains For The People Of God
1 Therefore, while the promise of entering his rest remains, let us fear lest any one of you be judged to have come short of it. 2 For we also have had the good news preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith. 3 For we who have believed enter that rest, as he has said, "As I swore in my wrath, 'They shall never enter my rest,'" although his works were finished from the foundation of the world.
