Isaiah 43:27

Let them alone; they are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a ditch.

And when it was morning, all the chief priests and the elders of the people consulted together against Jesus, to put him to death.

So also the chief priests, mocking, with the scribes and elders, said,

And a certain one of them, Caiaphas, being highpriest that year, said to them, Ye know nothing at all;

But the highpriest and all that were with him, which is the sect of the Sadducees, rose up and were filled with indignation,

Stiffnecked, and uncircumcised in heart and ears! ye do always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do ye.

So then as through one man sin entered into the world, and through sin death, and thus [death] came through unto all men, because all sinned
