Leviticus 4:25

For The Leader

²⁴ And he placed his hand upon the head of the goat, in the place where he shall slaughter the burnt-offering before Jehovah: it is sin. ²⁵ And the priest took from the blood of the sin with his finger, and gave upon the horns of the altar of the burnt-offering, and he shall pour out the blood at the foundation of the altar of the burnt-offering. ²⁶ And all the fat he shall burn upon the altar as the fat of the sacrifice of peace: and the priest expiated for him from his sin, and it was forgiven to him.

Leviticus 4:7

And the priest gave from the blood upon the horns of the altar of the incense of aromatics before Jehovah, which is in the tent of appointment; and all the blood of the bullock he shall pour out at the foundation of the altar of burnt-offering, which is at the door of the tent of appointment
