Pharisees And Legal Experts Denounced

⁴² But woe unto you, Pharisees! because you tithe mint and rue and every herb, and you pass by judgment and the love of God: it behooveth to do these things, and not to omit those. ⁴³  Woe unto you, Pharisees! because you love the front seat in the synagogues, and salutations in the forums. ⁴⁴ Woe unto you! because you are like tombs unseen, and men walking over them do not know it.
