John The Baptist Begins His Ministry

⁷ And he proclaimed, saying, I indeed baptized you with water; but One cometh after me more powerful than I; the latchet of His sandals I am not worthy, having stooped down, to loose, ⁸ and He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. ⁹ And it came to pass in those days, Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized by John in the Jordan.
