¹ And when it was morning, all the chief priests and the elders of the people consulted together against Jesus, to put him to death. ² And having bound him, they led him away, and delivered him up to Pilate the governor. ³ Then Judas, who betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented, and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
