Jarmuth and Adullam, Socoh and Azekah,

Now the Philistines gathered their armies for battle; and they were gathered at Socoh which belongs to Judah, and they camped between Socoh and Azekah, in Ephes-dammim.


The Philistines also had invaded the cities of the lowland and of the Negev of Judah, and had taken Beth-shemesh, Aijalon, Gederoth, and Soco with its villages, Timnah with its villages, and Gimzo with its villages, and they settled there.


In the hill country: Shamir and Jattir and Socoh,


Beth-zur, Soco, Adullam,


Ben-hesed, in Arubboth (Socoh was his and all the land of Hepher);
