Numbers 4:3

Now Jesus himself, when he began his ministry, was about thirty years of age, being the son (as was supposed) of Joseph, the son of Heli,

For though we live in the flesh, we do not wage war as the flesh does.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.

I give you this command, Timothy, my son, in accordance with the prophecies once made about you, that by them you may fight the good fight,

It is a trustworthy saying: if any one aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task.

He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall into the same condemnation as the devil.

Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.
