Praise To Yahweh For His Faithfulness In Israel's History

⁵ that I may look upon the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance. ⁶ We have sinned like our fathers,
We have committed iniquity, we have behaved wickedly.
⁷ Our fathers, when they were in Egypt, did not consider your wondrous works; they did not remember the abundance of your steadfast love, but rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea.

We Have Sinned

1 Kings 8:47

yet if they turn their heart in the land to which they have been carried captive, and repent and plead with you in the land of their captors, saying, 'We have sinned and have acted perversely and wickedly,'
