Psalm 39:11

to deliver such a one over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

For this cause many are diseased and infirm among you, and some asleep [in death].

for whom the Lord loveth he correcteth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth."

But received a reproof for his peculiar transgression: the dumb ass articulating with a human voice restrained the perverseness of the prophet.

As many as I love, I rebuke and correct: be zealous then, and repent.
