You, however, are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, since the Spirit of God lives in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.

For when we were in the flesh,

the sinful passions operated through the law in every part of us

and bore fruit for death.

Jesus replied, “I assure you: Unless someone is born again,

he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

I take delight in Him!

The One who sent Me is with Me. He has not left Me alone, because I always do what pleases Him.”

I want you to be without concerns. An unmarried man is concerned about the things of the Lord—how he may please the Lord.

But I have received everything in full, and I have an abundance. I am fully supplied, having received from Epaphroditus what you provided—a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.

so that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God.

Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.

Finally then, brothers, we ask and encourage you in the Lord Jesus, that as you have received from us how you must walk and please God—as you are doing—do so even more.

By faith Enoch was taken away so he did not experience death, and he was not to be found because God took him away.

For prior to his removal he was approved, since he had pleased God.

Don’t neglect to do what is good and to share, for God is pleased with such sacrifices.

and can receive whatever we ask from Him because we keep His commands and do what is pleasing in His sight.
