Zechariah 2:1

Zechariah's Third Vision

¹ Then I lifted up my eyes and looked, and behold, there was a man with a measuring line in his hand. ² Then I said, Where goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is its breadth and what is its length.

Ezekiel 40:3

And he brought me there, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.

Zechariah 1:16
