out of the midst

､ הַיַּרְדֵּ֗ן

of the Jordan ､

מִמַּצַּב֙

mim·maṣ·ṣaḇ

רַגְלֵ֣י

raḡ·lê

הַכֹּהֲנִ֔ים

hak·kō·hă·nîm,

､ הָכִ֖ין

hā·ḵîn

where stood firm ､

שְׁתֵּים־

šə·têm-

עֶשְׂרֵ֣ה

‘eś·rêh

[and] ten

､ אֲבָנִ֑ים

’ă·ḇā·nîm;

וְהַעֲבַרְתֶּ֤ם

wə·ha·‘ă·ḇar·tem

and You shall carry over

אוֹתָם֙

’ō·w·ṯām

עִמָּכֶ֔ם

‘im·mā·ḵem,

with you

וְהִנַּחְתֶּ֣ם

wə·hin·naḥ·tem

אוֹתָ֔ם

’ō·w·ṯām,

､ בַּמָּל֕וֹן

bam·mā·lō·wn

in the lodging place ､

אֲשֶׁר־

’ă·šer-

תָּלִ֥ינוּ

וְהָרִ֨ימוּ

his shoulder ､

And you shall answer

לָהֶ֗ם

אֲשֶׁ֨ר

נִכְרְת֜וּ

niḵ·rə·ṯū

מֵימֵ֤י

mê·mê

הַיַּרְדֵּן֙

hay·yar·dên

of the Jordan

מִפְּנֵי֙

אֲר֣וֹן

the ark

בְּרִית־

bə·rîṯ-

of the covenant

– יְהוָ֔ה

Yah·weh,

of Yahweh –

בְּעָבְרוֹ֙

when it crossed over

､ בַּיַּרְדֵּ֔ן

bay·yar·dên,

the Jordan ､

– נִכְרְת֖וּ

were cut off –

the place where they lodged ､

וַיַּנִּח֖וּם

and laid them down

And two

[and] ten

the ark

הַבְּרִ֑ית

of the covenant

And it came to pass ､

to their place ､

וַיֵּלְכ֥וּ

עַל־

‘al-

כָּל־

､ גְּדוֹתָֽיו׃

The Camp at Gilgal

וְהָעָ֗ם

and the people

עָלוּ֙

הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן

בֶּעָשׂ֖וֹר

be·‘ā·śō·wr

on the tenth [day]

､ לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ

la·ḥō·ḏeš

of the month ､

הָרִאשׁ֑וֹן

hā·ri·šō·wn;

וַֽיַּחֲנוּ֙

way·ya·ḥă·nū

and they camped

､ בַּגִּלְגָּ֔ל

bag·gil·gāl,

in Gilgal ､

בִּקְצֵ֖ה

biq·ṣêh

on the border

מִזְרַ֥ח

miz·raḥ

. יְרִיחֽוֹ׃

yə·rî·ḥōw.

וְאֵת֩

And

[and] ten

､ הָֽאֲבָנִים֙

He dried up
