אִתָּ֔ךְ

’it·tāḵ,

with you

תִּשְׂא֖וּ

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

עֲוֺ֣ן

‘ă·wōn

the iniquity [related to]

､ הַמִּקְדָּ֑שׁ

ham·miq·dāš;

the sanctuary ､

וְאַתָּה֙

wə·’at·tāh

and you

וּבָנֶ֣יךָ

ū·ḇā·ne·ḵā

אִתָּ֔ךְ

’it·tāḵ,

with you

תִּשְׂא֖וּ

tiś·’ū

אֶת־

’eṯ-

עֲוֺ֥ן

‘ă·wōn

the iniquity [associated with]

. כְּהֻנַּתְכֶֽם׃

your priesthood .

וְגַ֣ם

אַחֶיךָ֩

’a·ḥe·ḵā

מַטֵּ֨ה

maṭ·ṭêh

of the tribe of

､ לֵוִ֜י

lê·wî

Levi ､

שֵׁ֤בֶט

šê·ḇeṭ

､ אָבִ֙יךָ֙

’ā·ḇî·ḵā

of your father ､

הַקְרֵ֣ב

haq·rêḇ

אִתָּ֔ךְ

’it·tāḵ,

with you

וְיִלָּו֥וּ

wə·yil·lā·wū

that they may be joined

עָלֶ֖יךָ

‘ā·le·ḵā

with you

וִֽישָׁרְת֑וּךָ

wî·šā·rə·ṯū·ḵā;

וְאַתָּה֙

wə·’at·tāh

וּבָנֶ֣יךָ

ū·ḇā·ne·ḵā

and your sons [are]

אִתָּ֔ךְ

’it·tāḵ,

with you

לִפְנֵ֖י

lip̄·nê

אֹ֥הֶל

’ō·hel

. הָעֵדֻֽת׃

hā·‘ê·ḏuṯ.

וְשָֽׁמְרוּ֙

wə·šā·mə·rū

And they shall attend

､ מִֽשְׁמַרְתְּךָ֔

miš·mar·tə·ḵā,

to your needs ､

וּמִשְׁמֶ֖רֶת

ū·miš·me·reṯ

and the needs

כָּל־

of all

､ הָאֹ֑הֶל

hā·’ō·hel;

the tabernacle ､

אַךְ֩

’aḵ

אֶל־

’el-

to

כְּלֵ֨י

הַקֹּ֤דֶשׁ

of the sanctuary

וְאֶל־

and

､ הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙

the altar ､

לֹ֣א

יִקְרָ֔בוּ

yiq·rā·ḇū,

they shall come near

וְלֹֽא־

wə·lō-

and lest

. יָמֻ֥תוּ

גַם־

ḡam-

､ הֵ֖ם

hêm

they ､

and also ､

. אַתֶּֽם׃

’at·tem.

וְנִלְו֣וּ

wə·nil·wū

And they shall be joined

עָלֶ֔יךָ

with you

וְשָֽׁמְר֗וּ

wə·šā·mə·rū,

and attend to

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

מִשְׁמֶ֙רֶת֙

miš·me·reṯ

אֹ֣הֶל

’ō·hel

of the tabernacle

､ מוֹעֵ֔ד

mō·w·‘êḏ,

of meeting ､

לְכֹ֖ל

lə·ḵōl

עֲבֹדַ֣ת

‘ă·ḇō·ḏaṯ

the work

– הָאֹ֑הֶל

hā·’ō·hel;

of the tabernacle –

וְזָ֖ר

wə·zār

but an outsider

לֹא־

lō-

not

יִקְרַ֥ב

yiq·raḇ

shall come near

. אֲלֵיכֶֽם׃

’ă·lê·ḵem.

וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֗ם

ū·šə·mar·tem,

And you shall attend to

מִשְׁמֶ֣רֶת

miš·me·reṯ

､ הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ

of the sanctuary ､

הַלְוִיִּ֔ם

the sons

– יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל

of Israel –

לָכֶ֞ם

to you

מַתָּנָ֤ה

[they are] a gift

נְתֻנִים֙

nə·ṯu·nîm

､ לַֽיהוָ֔ה

Yah·weh,

by Yahweh ､

לַעֲבֹ֕ד

to do

the work

the altar ､

– לַפָּרֹ֖כֶת

the veil –

– וַעֲבַדְתֶּ֑ם

wa·‘ă·ḇaḏ·tem;

and you shall serve –

עֲבֹדַ֣ת

‘ă·ḇō·ḏaṯ

as a service for

– מַתָּנָ֗ה

mat·tā·nāh,

gift –

אֶתֵּן֙

’et·tên

I give [to you]

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

כְּהֻנַּתְכֶ֔ם

kə·hun·naṯ·ḵem,

your priesthood

וְהַזָּ֥ר

wə·haz·zār

but the outsider

הַקָּרֵ֖ב

haq·qā·rêḇ

. יוּמָֽת׃

shall be put to death .

I have given them

as a portion ､

as an ordinance

the Levites ､

תְּדַבֵּר֮

tə·ḏab·bêr

וְאָמַרְתָּ֣

wə·’ā·mar·tā

and say

אֲלֵהֶם֒

’ă·lê·hem

כִּֽי־

kî-

תִ֠קְחוּ

ṯiq·ḥū

מֵאֵ֨ת

mê·’êṯ

בְּנֵֽי־

bə·nê-

the sons

יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל

yiś·rā·’êl

אֶת־

’eṯ-

הַֽמַּעֲשֵׂ֗ר

ham·ma·‘ă·śêr,

אֲשֶׁ֨ר

’ă·šer

נָתַ֧תִּי

nā·ṯat·tî

לָכֶ֛ם

lā·ḵem

מֵאִתָּ֖ם

mê·’it·tām

､ בְּנַחֲלַתְכֶ֑ם

bə·na·ḥă·laṯ·ḵem;

as your inheritance ､

וַהֲרֵמֹתֶ֤ם

wa·hă·rê·mō·ṯem

then you shall offer up

מִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙

mim·men·nū

of it

תְּרוּמַ֣ת

tə·rū·maṯ

a heave offering to

､ יְהוָ֔ה

Yah·weh,

מַעֲשֵׂ֖ר

ma·‘ă·śêr

מִן־

min-

of

. הַֽמַּעֲשֵֽׂר׃

ham·ma·‘ă·śêr.

the tithe .

וְנֶחְשַׁ֥ב

wə·neḥ·šaḇ

And shall be reckoned

לָכֶ֖ם

lā·ḵem

to you

תְּרוּמַתְכֶ֑ם

tə·rū·maṯ·ḵem;

your heave offering

כַּדָּגָן֙

kad·dā·ḡān

as though [it were] the grain

מִן־

min-

of

､ הַגֹּ֔רֶן

hag·gō·ren,

the threshing floor ､

וְכַֽמְלֵאָ֖ה

wə·ḵam·lê·’āh

and as the fullness

מִן־

min-

. הַיָּֽקֶב׃

hay·yā·qeḇ.

the winepress .

your tithes ､

אֲשֶׁ֣ר

’ă·šer

תִּקְח֔וּ

tiq·ḥū,

מֵאֵ֖ת

mê·’êṯ

בְּנֵ֣י

bə·nê

the sons

– יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל

yiś·rā·’êl;

of Israel –

וּנְתַתֶּ֤ם

ū·nə·ṯat·tem

and you shall give

מִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙

mim·men·nū

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

תְּרוּמַ֣ת

tə·rū·maṯ

יְהוָ֔ה

Yah·weh,

לְאַהֲרֹ֖ן

lə·’a·hă·rōn

. הַכֹּהֵֽן׃

מִכֹּל֙

mik·kōl

Of all

מַתְּנֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם

mat·tə·nō·ṯê·ḵem,

תָּרִ֕ימוּ

tā·rî·mū

you shall offer up

אֵ֖ת

’êṯ

כָּל־

kāl-

תְּרוּמַ֣ת

tə·rū·maṯ

heave offering due to

､ יְהוָ֑ה

Yah·weh;

מִכָּל־

mik·kāl

חֶלְבּ֔וֹ

ḥel·bōw,

the best of them

אֶֽת־

’eṯ-

-

מִקְדְּשׁ֖וֹ

miq·də·šōw

the consecrated part

. מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃

mim·men·nū.

of them .

וְאָמַרְתָּ֖

wə·’ā·mar·tā

Therefore you shall say

אֲלֵהֶ֑ם

’ă·lê·hem;

בַּהֲרִֽימְכֶ֤ם

ba·hă·rî·mə·ḵem

when you have lifted up

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

חֶלְבּוֹ֙

ḥel·bōw

the best

מִמֶּ֔נּוּ

mim·men·nū,

of it

וְנֶחְשַׁב֙

wə·neḥ·šaḇ

then [the rest] shall be accounted

לַלְוִיִּ֔ם

lal·wî·yim,

to the Levites

כִּתְבוּאַ֥ת

kiṯ·ḇū·’aṯ

as the produce

､ גֹּ֖רֶן

gō·ren

of the threshing floor ､

וְכִתְבוּאַ֥ת

wə·ḵiṯ·ḇū·’aṯ

and as the produce

. יָֽקֶב׃

yā·qeḇ.

of the winepress .

וַאֲכַלְתֶּ֤ם

wa·’ă·ḵal·tem

And You may eat

אֹתוֹ֙

’ō·ṯōw

it

בְּכָל־

bə·ḵāl

in any

､ מָק֔וֹם

mā·qō·wm,

אַתֶּ֖ם

’at·tem

､ וּבֵֽיתְכֶ֑ם

ū·ḇê·ṯə·ḵem;

and your households ､

כִּֽי־

kî-

שָׂכָ֥ר

śā·ḵār

הוּא֙

hū

it [is]

לָכֶ֔ם

lā·ḵem,

חֵ֥לֶף

ḥê·lep̄

עֲבֹֽדַתְכֶ֖ם

‘ă·ḇō·ḏaṯ·ḵem

בְּאֹ֥הֶל

bə·’ō·hel

in the tabernacle

. מוֹעֵֽד׃

mō·w·‘êḏ.

וְלֹֽא־

wə·lō-

And no

תִשְׂא֤וּ

ṯiś·’ū

עָלָיו֙

‘ā·lāw

חֵ֔טְא

ḥêṭ,

בַּהֲרִֽימְכֶ֥ם

ba·hă·rî·mə·ḵem

when you have lifted up

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

חֶלְבּ֖וֹ

ḥel·bōw

מִמֶּ֑נּוּ

mim·men·nū;

of it

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

but

קָדְשֵׁ֧י

qā·ḏə·šê

בְנֵי־

ḇə·nê-

of the sons

､ יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל

yiś·rā·’êl

of Israel ､

לֹ֥א

lō

not

תְחַלְּל֖וּ

ṯə·ḥal·lə·lū

you shall profane

וְלֹ֥א

wə·lō

and lest

. תָמֽוּתוּ׃

ṯā·mū·ṯū.
